GENERAL
All prices are in Canadian dollars. All products are new and tested.
The free shipping is in Canada only.
We will be happy to assist you if you have any questions or require additional help with your new product. Please feel free to send us an email or call us. Our main priority is always to provide 100% satisfaction with all our products.
WARRANTY
All our products are new, tested and come with a 2 year warranty.
The warranty does not cover damages caused by the operator.
The warranty does not cover the shipping cost from the customer to Gold Detectors Canada.
SERVICE/REPAIRS
As an exclusive distributor of COMPASS gold detectors, Gold Detectors Canada provides repairs/service of all products listed on this website.
The repairs/service do not include shipping costs from the customer to our facility.
Please call us before you send a product for a repair. We would be happy to try resolving the issue.
If we confirm that your pruduct needs to be send for a repair, please be sure that the following is in the box:
- Copy of a bill of sale
- Warranty card
- All parts of the unit
- A note with a detailed description of the issue
RETURNS
We do offer an option for an exchange of your purchased product within 14 days of the receiving. Please notify us first and we will be happy to try resolving any issue you might have. If you decide that you wish to get a full return on your new unused product, there will be a restocking fee of 20% of the total invoice amount (Including the Shipping any Import Fees and Handling). There will be no reimbursements on the shipping costs paid by Gold Detectors Canada to the customer.
Please do not forget to notify us with an email or by calling us before sending any returns.
When sending a return, all the packaging has to be in the “As New” condition, including all parts of the product, the original invoice, the warranty card, manuals and all the items in the original packaging.
SHIPPING
Our Free Shipping promotion includes 3-business day shipping method in Canada. We will ship your order within 24 hours of receiving your order.
For shipping outside Canada import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility.
Please check with your country’s customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to ordering.
Also please check your local rules and regulations in your country for importing metal detectors. Gold Detectors Canada Inc. will not be responsible for any returned packages due to local rules and regulations. A returned package will be charged additionally the whole shipping cost.
